Our top-tier one-on-one training program is our result based online training option. Your trainer will formulate a workout plan based on your fitness goals and timeline. You will also get a personalized macro nutrient plan based on your goals to supplement your training program in order to get you results. Our one-on-one training is the only program that includes check-in calls with your trainer and nutritionist where you can ask whatever questions you have and they can check your progress to see if any changes need to be made. This program is for those that are very motivated and if followed correctly will allow you to achieve what you are looking for.
Our one-on-one training can be structured based on the equipment you have around you and the Resilience Series requires minimal equipment. Pre-set programs cannot be altered on our end based on the equipment you have available. We do highly recommend you train at a commercial gym because the variety of equipment there will let you achieve your best results.
Our online training allows you to have the personal touch to your workouts as you would with in person training, but with the flexibility to be able to complete them wherever and whenever. This makes our programs easy to adhere to even when traveling as you can reschedule your workout days to still stay on track around your travel times.
Our training app makes it easy to stay accountable with daily reminders for workouts, movement habits. Sticking to the amount of workouts scheduled for each week will get you the results you joined for the quickest. If you sign up for our one-on-one training, sticking to the macro nutritients plan formulated for you in conjunction with the training will solidify your results.
Our resilience series is made up of three separate programs depending on what areas of the body you are looking to target. Each program is an individual purchase. This series was created for people who have sedentary jobs and are currently experiencing pain. The intensity level is low and the first phase requires minimal equipment and can be done at home. The purpose of the resilience series is to slowly introduce movement into your routine and get you ready for continued exercise down the line.
