One-on-One Training

ASAP one-on-one training is the highest level of online coaching that allows you to get results from personalized exercise programs and attention from your coach just as you would with in person training, but with the flexibility of completing your workouts when it fits your schedule best and wherever you are. 


  • ACCOUNTABILITY - Bi-weekly check-in calls with your trainer

  • COMMUNICATION - Access to live direct messaging with your trainer and group messaging board

Registered Dietitian Meal Plans

Adapt Strength and Performance partners with a Registered Dietitian who is qualified to create full meal plans for you and whatever goals you are looking to achieve. Your meal plan will be available on our app to keep things simple, and all in one place 

*Meal plans are a separate service but can be added to any training program


  • PEACE OF MIND - Get a new meal plan once a month which includes recipe and shopping list ideas
  • COMMUNICATION - Includes two 30 minute check in calls per month to help keep you on track and answer any questions that have come up
  • TRACKING - Track your meals on our app where your Registered Dietician can see your logs and progress

Foundational Mobility & Strength- Custom Program

Specifically programmed for your body's limitations and weaknesses, this custom program helps build foundational mobility and strength for injury prevention and sports performance. Mobility vs. Flexibility- Mobility incorporates strength WITH flexibility through active ranges of motion. Flexibility is a passive

Adapt Strength and Performance also offers a pre-set strength exercise program which starts off by focusing on building basic strength and will evolve into more advanced strength training methods to keep your body balanced and fit. This program is a monthly subscription.
